this hotel offered great value for money with reasonable prices. The staff attention to detail was commendable, ensuring that basic amenities were provided and that the rooms were in good condition. Additionally, the location in a safe area provided peace of mind to guests. One highlight was the breakfast, which not only offered a variety of options but also boasted good views out to the city.
One area for improvement could be the cleanliness of the bathrooms on higher floors.

We started to have nice surprises from the time of our arrival: as we were promised, - Hotel sent to us a car to bring us to the Hotel from the Airport. We were a little bit worried about our transportation, because we had arrived after the midnight, but the Hotel offered very good service. When we arrived to the Hotel, we found very friendly staff, who let us feel welcome. The Hotel is amazing for the 3* Hotel: clean, secure, comfy and amicable, wireless internet in coffee-shops and lobby is also a big advantage. In the morning we also found a very good breakfast with a lot of variety in food. Manager of the Hotel offered us to organize for us sightseeing in Cairo and the whole trip around Egypt. Price was competitive and we didn’t regret, that we agreed, because we had a VIP treatment all the time. I would recommend this Hotel for all tourists, who cares about money and need to enjoy their stay in Egypt.
Our stay was too short

Excellent location, friendly staff, perfect breakfast, pick-up from the Airport, cozy rooftop bar. Actually I would say, that it is the best 3* Hotel in Egypt I visited.

The staff were lovely, extremely helpful. The food in the café was excellent. Hotel location is close to the city center and a supermarket. Rooftop bar and restaurant are pleasant.
Hard to think of anything.

Airconditioning, anchovy pizza - we appreciated the food! The staff were very friendly and helpful, once we got to know them
I lost a sweater - suspect the maid. The hotel did not collect us from the airport asadvertised - that cost usabout twice what the going rate was. However, the hotel did refund the going rate to us, which was something

The hotel is conveniently located near the metro and a main street, making transportation in the area easy. the staff is friendly and helpful, attending to guest needs in a timely manner. Guests can enjoy a decent breakfast buffet with a fresh egg omelette option.
The pick-up service from the airport was disappointing.

central location, nice local shops and amenities, cheap, good internet access although only in the lobby and the roof bar.
noisy rooms, very basic services and facilities, shower and bathroom very basic, fridge does not work, telephone does not work, television very small and old, everything is very very basic. no internet access in rooms.basically more of a hostel than a hotel.

I recently had a great stay at this hotel in a central area. The location was perfect, with the underground station, El Tahrir Square, and many shops and attractions nearby. The rooms were cozy and comfortable, equipped with all the amenities I needed including a TV, fridge, and Wi-Fi connection. The staff were extremely professional and helpful, always attentive to guest requests. The roof on the last floor offered an amazing view of the city. I was pleasantly surprised by the delicious meals available for order anytime, and the complimentary breakfast was complete and perfect for any taste. I felt like I was at home with friends who went the extra mile to make my stay enjoyable.
A minor improvement could be to offer Wi-Fi in all areas, not just the lobby and roof restaurant.

Most of stuffs are friendly. Near the metro station. The hotel doesn't receive the commission for arrangement of taxi to airport.
We are allowed to enter the room after almost 1 hour we checked in. But the room didn't have confortable hot water for shower. In the late night, someone seem to clean the other rooms and hit the door of bathroom and make noisy voice. In addition, the pick-up to airport needs to pay by ourselves not free.

the main problem is that the building is old and only one floor is reinovated, these rooms are much cleaner and modern than all other rooms.the staff is friendly.i like free WI FI in the lobby, working faster than any other hotel in egypt.no internet and international calls in the rooms, only thru credit card.poor breakfast, every day the same few thinks for eating.but for budget hotel is ok,especilally for cairo.will come again some day if visit cairo twice.

Comfortable and clean room, with a charmingly quirky elevator. Staff at the rooftop bar were pleasant. Great base in Cairo. I would recommend this hotel.

Wow!!! This was a perfect vacation! Thank to King Hotel! We were so surprised from the beginning, because a car from the Hotel did wait for us at Cairo Airport as they promised and brought us to the Hotel very quickly. It was late night, bur reception was working and staff was very friendly. Rooms are cozy, not very big, but comfortable, clean and well equipped. Location of the Hotel is also very good: nearby down town and all famous historical sights. In the morning we had another good surprise – breakfast. It was amazing: open buffet, big choice of food and even live-cooking! After we took our breakfast we met the GM of the King Hotel and he offered to organize for us sightseeing, we doubted a little bit, but the price was competitive and we agreed. Well, we didn’t regret! After perfect tour around Cairo and visiting Pyramids we asked the GM to offer for us a complete tour around Egypt. We spent incredible time in Egypt! We would like to say thank you to Mr. Osama (GM of King Hotel) for letting us feel welcome and for organizing such wonderful trip for us! We will recommend King Hotel Cairo for all our friends!

It was a central meeting place for our Interpid trip
I was very disappointed in the service. Admitedly I asked for a double bed room (bed clean) and was told it was small, but found out it was dirty and lack of maintenance in the bathroom - paint off the ceiling and carpet dirty. The refridge all iced up with a promise of another one - no show. Stay before the tour. Rooms for the tour people fine. All booked at same time.
